The Commission.
The main engagement. We tailor the agents to your domain, wire the skills to your APIs, write policy against your perimeter, and forward-deploy it where you said — Hosted, VPC, On-prem, or Air-gapped. You keep the keys.
In plain terms: the build engagement — a private agent platform running on your data, inside your perimeter, documented and reviewable.
A working agent platform running on your data, inside your perimeter — documented, reviewable, replayable.
The Commission is the engagement the Order Book exists to deliver. We take the agent library and tailor it to your domain — the specific documents, the specific APIs, the specific policy posture. Skills get wired against your endpoints, models are picked per agent, and the platform is forward-deployed into the perimeter you chose. The keys are yours from the start; what you leave with is yours to keep.
“A working agent platform running on your data, inside your perimeter — documented, reviewable, replayable.”
What gets built.
-
01
Tailored agents
The agent library is the starting point, not the end. Each agent is reshaped against your domain — your document types, your terminology, your edge cases.
-
02
Skills wired to your APIs
Connectors against the systems holding your record. The agent doesn't pretend to know what it can't see — it goes and looks.
-
03
Policy against your perimeter
Egress allow-list, scoped tokens the broker issues, every run traced and replayable. Policy is enforced at runtime, not at configuration.
-
04
Forward-deployed, your shape
Hosted, VPC, On-prem, or Air-gapped — same platform, same license, same library. The agent doesn't care where it runs; your auditor will.
What you leave with.
A platform running on your data, inside your perimeter, with telemetry on every run and evals on every change. Documentation the next reviewer can follow. A handover the auditor can accept. The option to engage The Standing Account to operate it alongside you, or to run it entirely yourself.
Questions we hear.
- Where does the platform run?
- Wherever you said. The four deployment shapes — Hosted, VPC, On-prem, or Air-gapped — all carry the same agent library, the same license, and the same controls. You pick the perimeter that matches your risk model. We forward-deploy to it and hand you the keys.
- Who owns the agents and the data?
- You do. The platform installs inside a perimeter you drew. The keys live in a broker the agent never sees. Egress is a list you approve, not a default we set. The Standing Account can operate it alongside you, or you can run it entirely yourself.
- How does Commission relate to The Measure?
- The Measure is the paid scoped assessment that produces the build-vs-buy call. The Commission is what happens when the answer is "cut something bespoke." If you already know you want the platform, you can start with The Measure as a paid scoping exercise or skip straight to a Commission — but skipping The Measure means we have to scope inside the Commission anyway.
